This is a private residential community, you will be required to honor the rules of this area, they are: - Only use approve access to the beach. - Only use beach areas as indicated on map, no trespassing allowed, as shown in photos. - Stay off boats, and docks and private property. Top of the line fixtures, & we have peekaboo lake views through the trees from each bedroom. Washer and dryer in mudroom off kitchen. Two bedrooms, 1 king bed, one queen bed. Internet TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Inside you will find a fully stocked renovated kitchen with brand new appliances! Dine in at the custom-built kitchen island. We’re just 20 minutes from Bradley Airport and close to a handful of guest favorites—Six Flags New England, the Big E, the Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Southwick Rail Trail for biking and walking. A full list of local attractions, parks, museums, and activities is available in the guest book. Local dining highlights include Kettlebreads, Village Pizza, Tuckers, Blackboards, The Summer House, Moolicious, and Mrs. Murphy’s Donuts. A place so cozy and comfortable it is worth return trips. We stayed a second time at Linnyʻs Lakehouse because the first time had been so positive. We were reminded that you actually feel you are in a home, such a fully stocked kitchen. No sterile decor here. Just pristine, homey and comfortable. We were reminded how close this place is to everything, yet very quiet and across from a field with a lovely view. We would stay again. A true gem among other Air B and B offerings.

By far one of our favorite stays so far! It truly felt like a home away from home, with incredible attention to detail and lovely decor. We loved the kitty accents throughout the home. Linny’s place the perfect cozy getaway. It was tucked away in the trees, but close enough to the grocery store and local sights in Springfield. The home had everything my family of five needed to cook, sleep, and enjoy time outside. Linny was very generous to my family and an exceptional host!
