While we genuinely want you to enjoy your stay, we cannot allow loud activities or parties at the house, in the yard or any nearby areas. No disturbances to the neighborhood will be tolerated. If our peaceful neighborhood is disturbed, we will have to ask you to leave. NO docks are to be used at all at the nearby beach

The house is well furnished, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake. Linny is very responsive and made the check in and check out process super easy. We’ll definitely stay there again when returning to Southwick.

Linny, This place was nice and it felt like a home away from home. very cozy, and quiet. I love the ease of check in with a key pad, and the instructions from Linny was very clear. This place was the most affordable for lakeside and short notice by a couple of hundred bucks. I look forward to staying again. We're only 2 hours away. Thank you! The Browns.

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. Thank you for your kind, responsive hospitality! 👍

Linny's cottage was perfect for our two-day stay. The location was very close to the rail trail where we biked which was our reason for being in the area. And it was super quiet at all times of day. The kitchen had what we needed to make meals and it was spotless, along with the rest of the place. Comfortable bed, cozy and inviting living room. It was chilly so we only walked down to the lake to have a look - must be very nice in the warm weather. We didn't sit on the front porch at all and maybe that's the one spot where there's a bit of a lake view. Recommend highly!

Wonderful stay in a quiet Lake Community. I always return from SC to stay at one of Linny’s properties. All amenities are close by and most delivery apps are available. The property is updated with modern appliances and technology connection is excellent!
